2. Description of Service

Resubolt provides an AI-powered resume creation and optimization service that helps users create, edit, and improve their professional resumes. Our service includes various features such as resume templates, AI-assisted content generation, formatting tools, and export options.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized access or if you violate these Terms.

4. User Content

Our service allows you to create, upload, and store content, including resume information, personal details, and professional experiences ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content. You agree not to submit any content that:

• Infringes on any third-party rights
• Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains malicious code or harmful components

5. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate and suggest content for your resume. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful suggestions, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in your resume. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific needs.

You agree to use AI-generated content responsibly and ethically, and not to misrepresent your qualifications, experiences, or credentials.

6. Subscription and Payments

We offer both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription period.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Resubolt, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resubolt and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resubolt and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service using your account.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
